What are our delivery times?

	Climbing holds :		10 working days
	Moulded Macro Volumes :		10 working days
	Made to measure Macro Volumes :		3 weeks (average time)
	Freestanding structures :		6 weeks (average time)
	Safety mats :		3 weeks (average time)
	Wood panels :		3 weeks (average time)
	Hardware :		10 working days

 
How does delivery take place?

We inform you by email when your order has left for delivery.
The transportation times are then 24 to 48 hours (except individual destinations requiring transportation by boat).
In case of absence on your part at the time of delivery, a notice of attempted delivery will be left with the coordinates of the delivery company:  you can then quickly make contact with the delivery company to set up a meeting and arrange another delivery.
Don’t delay setting up this meeting, your order risks being returned to us and a second delivery would lead to new transportation costs.  If you have difficulty contacting the delivery company, please contact us at 05 61 54 04 53.

We will be in contact with you in the days following the delivery to ensure your satisfaction with your order.

Competitions, birthdays… you wait impatiently for your package sometimes! Don’t hesitate to let us know of any particular constraints in the message box on your order page :  as far as possible, we will do everything to deliver to you on time and we will keep you informed of the status of your order.
